Last updated 11 October 2026. These terms apply to bookings made on windshielderz.com, operated by IAS GLASSES, B-3/10, Ground Floor, Model Town 1st, Delhi 110009 (GSTIN 07AMWPS6381A1ZK).

Bookings and prices

A booking on this website is a request. The price is confirmed by us on WhatsApp after we check the correct glass for your car, and the booking is confirmed once you accept the price. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment

You may pay a ₹500 advance by UPI to lock your slot. The balance is due after fitting, by UPI or another method we agree. You receive a GST invoice for every job.

Fitting

Fitting is done at the address you give. Please make sure the car is accessible and that we have permission to work at that location. After a windshield replacement, follow the drive-away time and care advice our fitter gives you.

Your information

Please give accurate details about your car, including its variant and features, so we bring the correct glass. If the glass supplied does not match because of incorrect details, rescheduling may be needed.

Liability

We take care when working on your car. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust or faults in the window frame, or for electronics that need dealer recalibration unless we agreed to arrange it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
